Bench Scraper

This is my favorite tool for handling high hydration dough. It scrapes under the dough, un-sticking the dough ball from the counter, can help during shaping, cuts the dough when smaller portions are needed, helps in transferring the dough to bannetons, and is fantastic at collecting the excess flour during clean up. (using a wet rag makes a gummy mess)
